About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at Ken-Pal (S) Pte Ltd, based in the Ang Mo Kio region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and bookkeeping operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other accounting documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and perform other reconciliation tasks
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail
