Job summary

  • Create and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Follow up calls to customers for payments.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Assisting in the accounting and finance work,
  • Issuing Invoices and Delivery Orders,
  • Preparing Giro/Bank transfer payment
  • Issuing Payment Vouchers and Cheques Payment
  • Issuing Purchase Orders.
  • Issuing SOAs and make follow up calls to the customers for payment
  • Training will be provided
