Job summary

A leading accounting service provider in Singapore seeks an Accounts Support professional to manage account payable and receivable duties. You will handle petty cash, liaise with banks and vendors while providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should ideally hold a diploma in Accountancy and possess effective communication skills in both English and Chinese. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. The role requires someone who can start on short notice and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounts payable/receivable or full set accounting is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the related field is advantageous.
  • Able to start work within a short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Account Payable & Receivable tasks.
  • Manage petty cash claims and documentation.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and customers.

Education

Job description
Account Work
  • Handle Account Payable & Receivable.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Liaise with banks/ vendors/customers on issue arise.
  • Manage petty cash claim.
  • Controlling Documentation, purchase invoices & sales invoices.
  • Process and mailing out of cheque payment.
  • Handle online banking transferring.
  • Bank account reconciliation
Administration Work
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Distribute and mailing documents.
  • Develop and maintain a filling system
  • Update and maintain office policies, procedures, insurance and contact list.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Submit CPF contribution
  • Handle local staff and Foreign Workers' payroll
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year’ experience in AP/AR or full set accounting or no experience required.
  • Previous experience in the related field would be an advantage.
  • Able to start work within a short notice.
  • Able to verbal communication and written in English and Chinese.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills
  • Able to work multi-tasking.
  • Willing to learn.
