Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage billing operations and liaise with internal departments. Responsibilities include preparing and sending customer bills, processing supplier invoices, and assisting in monthly closing activities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The offered salary is up to $3000 with AWS and VB benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer bills accurately and send them out promptly.
  • Issue credit adjustments when required and ensure the paperwork is in order.
  • Liaise with internal departments to clear up customer or billing-related questions.
  • Check and process supplier invoices, ensuring documents tally.
  • Assist the team during monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Handle general department administration and support tasks whenever needed.
