A consulting firm is seeking a proactive Account and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks for multiple subsidiaries. This fully remote role requires at least 2 years of experience in finance admin, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational skills. Ideal candidates can work independently and communicate effectively across various entities.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for a group of companies consisting of four subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing invoices, tracking accounts receivable, and supporting general administrative tasks across the group. This position is fully remote and ideal for a self-starter comfortable working across multiple entities in a digital environment.
Generate and issue customer invoices across the group and subsidiaries.
Update and reconcile accounts receivable records on a regular basis.
Monitor payment statuses and perform follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Maintain intercompany billing records and assist with reconciliations.
Support monthly closings and financial reporting by providing receivables data.
Prepare aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting.
Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
Maintain and organize digital financial and administrative records.
Support document management across the subsidiaries (contracts, payment records, correspondence).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate communication across departments and with external partners/vendors.
Perform general admin support such as scheduling, virtual filing, and data entry.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance admin roles.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar).
Strong computer skills – proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple entities.
Experience handling multiple subsidiaries or group accounts.
Prior experience in remote or distributed work environments
