Job summary
A machinery solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist with daily accounting tasks and order processing. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, maintaining document records, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma in Accounting or Business and strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese. A meticulous team player is preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Must possess a Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounts related work and order processing.
- Issue and record invoices, delivery orders, sales quotes, and purchase orders.
- Prepare documents for delivery and e-invoicing.
- Prepare documents for delivery and e-invoicing when required.
- Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
- Liaise with external parties like vendors and customers.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bilingual, possess strong verbal and written communications skills (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
- Knowledge of ERP system is an added advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
