Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Verify supplier invoices for accuracy.
- Handle payroll preparation and calculations.
- Process employees’ expense claims.

Job Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Receive, review, and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately enter invoices and related transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare and schedule cheque payments in a timely manner.
- Process employees’ expense claims and reimbursements.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities and other general accounting duties.
- Payroll preparation and calculations.
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min Nitec in Accounting or equivalent
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience are preferred
