Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle financial records, bank reconciliation, and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in accounting or higher and preferably 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of XERO Accounting is an added advantage. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Account.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in XERO Accounting will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR).
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly management accounts and yearly budgets.
• Process staff claims with supporting documents.
• Send email reminder chasers and statements of account.
• Manage payroll functions (monthly salary and CPF submission).

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget
• Staff Claim Processing: - Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.
• Send email reminder chaser and Statement of Account to customers
• Manage payroll functions(Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)
