Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Accounts Clerk in Macpherson to support supplier payments and vehicle transactions. The role offers a monthly salary around SGD 3,200 depending on experience and a typical 44-hour work week.

You will process payments, refunds, commissions, and reconcile car sales records, while keeping accurate ledgers. NITEC in Accounting or related field and at least 1 year of accounting experience are required; automotive sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and process vehicle transactions.
• Handle payment processing, refunds, commissions calculation, and reconciliation of used car sales and purchase transactions.
• Maintain accurate records by updating control lists, posting payment documents as assigned.
