Role Overview

The Academic Senior Executive is responsible for leading complex academic operations and supporting the Academic Manager in ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across programmes.

This role acts as a senior execution lead and mentor to junior academic staff.

Responsibilities
Academic Operations Leadership
  • Oversee scheduling, assessments, and faculty coordination

  • Supervise and guide Academic Executives

  • Review academic documentation for accuracy and compliance

Quality & Compliance
  • Support EduTrust audits, interim reviews, and partner university checks

  • Ensure academic SOPs are followed consistently

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder

  • 3–5 years’ experience in academic administration or higher education preferred

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Role requires high personal commitment

  • Comfortable working under pressure and extended hours
