Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit results and attendance reports accurately and on time.
  • Maintain assessment records and post‑class documentation; follow up with trainers on missing items.
  • Scan, file, and archive records to ensure documentation compliance.
Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with Academic, Operations and Training teams to meet compliance standards.
  • Collect daily class dismissal proofs for records.
  • Send monthly compliance updates to channel partners.
Performance Tracking
  • Track trainers’ performance scores and share feedback with trainers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly/monthly trainee competency results.
Support & Ad‑Hoc Tasks
  • Provide operational support to the team when needed.
  • Handle other compliance‑related duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in academic operations or training coordination preferred but not essential.
