Job Specifications
  1. Enhance academic quality by improving policies, processes, and curriculum design to support the institute's academic strategy.
  2. Manage administrative tasks by overseeing course documentation, exam and academic audits, including compliance with academic standards.
  3. Initiatives that align with institutional goals.
  4. Foster student engagement through participation in academic and extracurricular activities to improve retention and satisfaction.
  5. Conduct teaching as needed and providing academic feedback to enhance student engagement and success.

Job Requirements
  • A degree in management/Education related discipline (master’s preferred, but experience is most important).
  • Knowledge of SSG-GD4
  • Prior teaching experience in a higher education or training environment.
  • ACTA/ACLP or other recognised teaching qualifications preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and academic administrative tasks.
