Job summary

A staffing consultancy in Singapore seeks a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documentation and duties. You will prepare invoices, packing lists, and apply for necessary certificates. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping or logistics and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Attractive salary range from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,100 plus transport allowance is offered.

• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.
