Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant with ENT experience for a rotating position across three clinics in Singapore.

The role requires assisting doctors, basic healthcare tasks, triage support, and inventory management. Work is conducted across Novena, Parkway, and Thomson clinics with a 5.5-day work week and shifts within 8:30am–5:30pm or 8:30am–1:30pm. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a surgical clinic and possess an N/O level qualification.

Qualifications

• N/O level graduate required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a surgical clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provision of basic healthcare duties.
• Provide assistance to the doctors.
• Perform basic triage, assist in minor procedures.
• Maintain inventory and perform quarterly stock take.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position title : Clinic Assistant (ENT Experience)

Location: Rotation among 3 clinics every 3 months (Novena, Parkway, Thomson)

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm , 8:30am - 1:30pm

Salary : $2,300 - $2,800 [ Depends on experience ]
