Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinical Support / Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in Jurong, Singapore. This 3-month contract offers AM and PM shifts at an hourly rate of $25, with on-site duties.

You will assist with ADLs, support the RN in admissions and discharges, monitor for condition changes, escalate concerns, help with procedures and transfers, manage patient flow in the ED, and perform screening duties while maintaining infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience in ED or acute care settings preferred
• Strong awareness of infection control practices

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with ADLs (toileting, mobility, positioning)
• Support RN with admissions, transfers and discharges
• Monitor patients and report changes; notify RN promptly
• Escalate abnormal findings or safety concerns to RN
• Assist in preparation and care for procedures, surgery or imaging
• Assist with patient transfers and fall prevention
• Maintain infection prevention and a safe care environment
• Assist in ED screening and health declaration completion
• Support triage nurse with patient triage, monitoring and flow
• Perform orderly duties including patient transport and workflow support
