Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage LTA, PUB, and BCA submissions for an on-site Toa Payoh project. Working hours are Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:15pm, with a salary range of SGD 5,000–SGD 6,500 plus a variable bonus (no AWS).

You will review design drawings, coordinate with authorities, plan traffic management, and assist in construction sequencing, temporary works, and cost control. Regular site inspections and quality audits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience with authority submissions and coordination with LTA, PUB, BCA, etc.
• Familiar with traffic control plan / traffic management plan preparation and submission.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Traffic diversion planning and traffic management on roadworks and infrastructure development.
• Stakeholder coordination with authorities.
• Assist in construction sequencing, method statements and temporary works planning.
