Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a logistics staff member to manage receiving and handling of goods. Responsibilities

• Perform logistics duty of receiving and put away including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading.
• Ensure goods are handled with care.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety measures and regulations in the workplace.
• Assist other teams as and when required.
• Perform any other job-related functions as assigned by superior.

Job description

Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport provided)
Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri: 8:30am-6pm
Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 + OT

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics duty of receiving and put away including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargoes by adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure goods are handled with care.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety measures and regulations in the workplace.
• Assist other teams as and when required.
• Perform any other job‑related functions as and when assigned by superior.
