Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Part Time Student Care Teacher to join our Clementi/CCK centres. The role focuses on delivering the student care curriculum to P5/P6 students while coordinating with the Centre Manager and teaching team.

Working days are Monday to Friday with part-time hourly options or a 1pm-7pm shift. Diploma holders with 1-2 years in related fields are encouraged to apply. MSF compliance and parent communications are integral parts of the job.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Centre Manager and teaching team to conduct student care activities and deliver the curriculum for P5/P6.
• Perform MSF administrative duties and ensure MSF audit readiness.
• Plan and direct student care activities and assist students with school work.
• Set up the learning environment to support students' learning needs.
• Ensure lesson plans, when required, are prepared on time and activities meet curriculum standards.
• Safeguard children's health, safety and hygiene.
• Communicate with parents and organise Parent-Teacher Conferences and Open Houses.
• Collaborate with colleagues and Centre Manager on projects and share professional development.

Student Care Teacher (Part Time)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Clementi & CCK- Part Time Hourly: $ 10 - $ 15/hr (1pm - 6pm) - Part Time: $ 1800 (1pm - 7pm)

• 1 - 2 years in related field

Job Scope:

• To work with the Centre Manager(s) and the teaching team in conducting student care activities and delivering the curriculum at the Centre. (P5 / P6 children)
• To conduct MSF required administrative duties and maintain the quality of the Student Care service for MSF audit.
• To plan and direct student care activities and be involved in coaching students with their school work.
• To set up the learning environment of the Centre such that it supports the students' learning needs.
• To ensure that lesson plans, if any, are prepared on time and that all class activities are conducted up to the required standards as deemed by the Curriculum team.
• To ensure the well-being of the children in the Centre, especially their health, safety and hygiene.
• To serve as a link with parents by communicating effectively with them by organizing and conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House and other sharing sessions to enhance parent-centre partnership.
• To work hand in hand with your colleagues and the Centre Manager(s) on project-based assignments and to lend your area of expertise in any seminars or workshops relevant to your professional development.
