Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Information Technology Administrator. The successful candidate will manage and maintain IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure optimal performance and security. Responsibilities include administering mobile devices, preparing laptops for users, monitoring IT tickets, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in IT and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience as an IT Assistant or Administrator in the building and construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Administer mobile phones and manage MDM enrollment.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users.
  • Create and process purchase requests for IT needs.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain documentation for network diagrams and IT assets.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration
Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune)
Proficiency in Windows OS and O365 setup
Familiarity with IMS forms cycle
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Job Role
  • The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation's IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • This role is critical in supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organisation by implementing technological solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to staff across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment, and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users and the project site.
  • Create and process purchase requests in accordance with IMS forms standards for IT-related needs and track deliveries.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA and escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams, IT assets, and user setups for audit readiness.
Key skills required
  • Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune).
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation.
  • Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination.
  • Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems.
Qualifications and experience
  • Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science
  • Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) For This Role as below
  1. Average resolution time for IT tickets.
  2. Accuracy of IT assets and inventory records.
  3. On‑time completion of PR / PO processes and project setups.
  4. User satisfaction ratings for IT support.
