Working Days: 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm, 1 Day WFH

Office is at Genting Lane [ Between Mattar & Farrer Park MRT ]

Salary Range: $4,800 - $5,500 + Performance Bonus [ No AWS ]

Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  2. 6 – 10 years of HR or recruitment experience — ideally in media marketing, media production or marketing agency environments.
  3. Occasionally travel to KL office is required
Job Scopes
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across PR, marketing, events, creative, and support teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, benchmark salaries, and structure offers.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires — ensuring smooth integration into team culture and operations.
  • Build an active talent pipeline and maintain relationships with universities, recruiters, and industry contacts.
  • Design and implement a scalable employee-experience framework (mentorship, growth pathways, and performance reviews).
  • Plan quarterly learning and development sessions and wellness programmes suited for a small, creative team.
  • Conduct employee surveys and follow-up action plans to sustain morale and engagement.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team on succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
  • Oversee all HR administration: employment contracts, payroll liaison, leave tracking, and benefits management.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, PDPA, and Fair Consideration Framework.
