Job summary

7-Eleven Singapore is hiring for a Customer Service Assistant to provide friendly service, handle cashier duties and assist customers with payments. The role emphasizes upselling, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining stock according to planograms.

You will work in a busy retail environment across rotating shifts on a 6-day work week, with training provided for those without experience.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform cashier duties and payment services such as bill payments and cash withdrawals.
• Upsell products and maximize store profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized appearance.
• Replenish stock and arrange products per planogram.
• Willing to learn and adapt to training.
• Candidates without experience are welcome; training provided.
