• PhD (or MS with strong research experience) in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or Computer Science (or a closely related discipline).

• Proficient in deep learning (CNN, RNN, Transformers), RL, or FL for QoE optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• Experience in prototype implementation and system-level validation of communication technologies.

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end system development from algorithm simulation to real-time prototype validation.

Requirements
