Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by securing exhibitors and partners. You will advise clients to optimize their exhibition ROI and collaborate with marketing and operations teams. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business, and 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the exhibitions sector. This role offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500.

Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500

Key Responsibilities

Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy

  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long‑term partnerships.

Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Advice clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post‑event feedback for evaluation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
