Job description

Beauty Therapist (Slimming Therapist cum Consultant)

• Basic Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 + Commission
• Address: Orchard
• Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
• Working Days: 5.5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend
• Benefits: AL & MC as per MOM standard

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve their desired results.
• Establish strong rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
• Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
• Educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
• Certifications in body/ aesthetic/ beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
• Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.
