A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer for project management in the building construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD. This role involves overseeing construction activities, documentation, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion.

• Knowledge in BIM will have added advantage.

Overview

Site Engineer – Working Location: Woodlands

Working days: 5.5 days Mon - Fri 9AM-6PM | Sat 9AM-1PM

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in BIM will have added advantage.

Job Scope

• Project management involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
• Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
• Preparation of design construction drawings.
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.
• Attend meetings including but not limited to site meetings and inspections.
• Any other business-related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.
