Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive. The candidate will develop business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets and manage marketing campaigns. Responsibilities also include preparing performance reports and managing dealer relationships. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in consumer products, with channel sales experience as an advantage. Sales and Marketing Executive (Air con)

• Salary: $2800 - $4000 (depend on exp) + $1200 allowances
• Location: Bedok
• Working days: Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
• Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control.
• Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.
• Manage promoters’ targets, deployment and sell out achievement.
• Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
• Manage customers’ AR and AP.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to the operation of the business.
• Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters
• Supports promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept
• Support sales team on monthly report.

Marketing

• Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies
• Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging
• Carry out advertising and promotion activities (ie. product launches, product training and promotions etc.)
• Work closely with sales team on product features, benefits and commercials.
• Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability
• Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives
• Perform sales and inventory, and purchase management

Job requirements

• Min Diploma
