Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator to facilitate sales administration and coordination. You will handle quotations, process orders, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma qualification and 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the marine or engineering sectors. This role offers a basic salary ranging from $2,800 to $3,400 plus AWS and performance bonus.

  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations and processing orders.
  • Sales coordination for dedicated countries.
  • Coordinate with shipping department on order delivery.
  • Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager.

Sales Support / Sales Coordinator

  • Monday-Friday9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm
  • After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.

Job Scopes:

  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
