Job summary

A local human resources firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Admin and HR Executive to build recruitment frameworks and manage HR compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in HR or related fields, have at least 2 years of HR management experience, and strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws. This role offers a competitive salary between $3,800 and $4,200 and reports directly to the Admin & HR Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
  • Manage recruitment channels and maintain a talent pool.
  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement employee training programs.

Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing
  • Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
  • Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  • Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
  • Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
  • Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Support in establishing performance management systems.
Government & Administrative Affairs
  • Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Others
  • Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad‑hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
