Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all tasks are processed within stipulated timelines.
  • Conduct data cleaning and checking.
  • Verify all documentation meets requirements.
  • Perform data-entry of client and product information.
  • Approve submission in online platforms.
  • Handle archival tasks including scanning and uploading.
  • Ensure all documents are indexed correctly.
  • Check and verify documents for accuracy.
  • Upload documents into the correct folders.
  • Prepare and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with personnel.
  • Ensure accurate communication within the team.
  • Assist other staff members with ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all tasks are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures
  • Data cleaning/checking
  • Check all documentation and ensure it meets requirements.
  • Data-entry of key information such as client and product information, premium amount into system
  • Approve submission in online platform (internal / external system)
  • Archival - Scanning / Verification / Uploading
  • Ensure all scanned documents are indexed correctly.
  • Check and verify all documents and ensure its accuracy during verification.
  • Ensure all documents are uploaded into the correct adviser’s/client’s folder.
  • Prepare, update, upload, archive and send data reports on daily, weekly and monthly frequencies
  • Ensure all information/reports are accurate before disseminating to relevant departments within timeline
  • Prepare and/or participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new system applications (ad-hoc as and when required)
  • Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication network between Team members & Reporting Manager.
  • Any Ad hoc duties which may include assisting other staff members and answering queries from advisers
