Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Support Associate to pack medications prescribed by doctors online, arrange and track deliveries, and work closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure smooth, on-time service.

Training starts with two weeks of day shift; after training you will rotate day and night shifts. The role is based at Tai Seng and involves a face-to-face interview if shortlisted.

Qualifications

• Packing medications prescribed by doctors accurately.
• Arranging and tracking medication deliveries.
• Assist inventory management for telemedicine operations.

• Pack medications accurately.
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with partners.
• Ensure correct items are packed and delivered on time.
• Support telemedicine lead with inventory tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description

starting will be day shift first. 2 weeks training. once trained will do day night rotation

Job Scope:

• Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
• Arranging for deliveries for medications
• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
• Ensuring that medications packed are correct
• Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Min 6 months commitment is required
• Need to be able to do both day and night based on roster

Working hours:

• Day (9am - 4pm) 1 hour break. $12/hr
• Night (7pm - 8am) 2 hours break. $15 / hr

Location: Tai Seng
