Job summary

A reputable recruiting agency is looking for a candidate in Singapore to manage the agent database and provide administrative support in the insurance sector. Candidates should have a minimum diploma and at least three years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Pivot Tables and V Lookups. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, filing agency documentation, and ad-hoc operational duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update agent database effectively.
  • Handle agency enquiries related to online sales platforms.
  • Reconcile Monthly Sales Commission Report for Account Holders.
  • Provide administrative support for training.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Scope
  • Ensure agent database is well managed, organized, archived & updated timely, Track and maintain an effective & relevant database management system
  • Ensure all product lines are informed timely if any changes in intermediary’s representation, resignation and termination
  • Handle policies and direct leads assignment to agents in a systematic manner
  • Handle Agency enquiries on agent related online sales platform(s)
  • Responsible for all agency documentations filing and housekeeping
  • Reconcile & submit Monthly Sales Commission Report for Account Holders
  • Ensure accuracy of campaign codes & set-ups for new product launches
  • Responsible for activities related to Payment to Partners
  • Ensure that reminders for Renewals are sent weekly
  • Provide administrative support for training (CPD Accreditation, Training Materials, and EDM)
  • Supporting BDMs with operational duties, such as passing of endorsements, checking policy status (e.g. renewed or not, etc.).
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in an administrative function in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Pivot Table & V Lookup
