Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth execution of insurance, investment and Investment-Linked Policy (ILP) transactions.
• Monitor fund switches, top-ups, partial withdrawals and other investment-related transactions.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of failed or delayed transactions with relevant internal teams.
• Act as a key point of contact between financial intermediaries and internal departments including Underwriting, Policy Services, Claims and Investment Operations.
• Coordinate with Underwriting on outstanding medical or financial requirements for applications.
• Facilitate and follow up on claims and policy servicing escalations.
• Liaise with relevant teams on special quotations and complex cases.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding or delayed cases to ensure timely resolution and closure.

Requirements
