A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and support various HR processes. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in HR or Business Administration, have good communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Working hours: 830am to 530pm (M-F)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support HR processes such as leave administration, claims, and performance review tracking.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and office coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR or Business Administration preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
