Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support KYC due diligence and manage client correspondence. The ideal applicant should have a diploma in finance or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience or internship in financial services. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role provides an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, client service, or team support functions.
  • Recent degree graduates with internship experience in banking or financial services will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support KYC due diligence for existing clients.
  • Upload daily NAVs and fund documents to platforms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate mailing and distribution of fund reports.
  • Update fund templates and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Support KYC due diligence for existing clients, including document review, name screening, and filing.
  • Upload daily NAVs, indicative holdings, and fund documents to websites and external platforms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning, archiving, and document disposal.
  • Coordinate mailing and distribution of fund reports; maintain up-to-date client and distributor lists.
  • Update fund templates, proofread materials, and assist with data submissions and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, client service, or team support functions. Recent degree graduates with internship experience in banking or financial services will be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
