Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Content Designer for a 6-month contract in Singapore (Raffles Place). The role focuses on B2B marketing content, branding assets, and digital campaign materials.

You will conceptualise designs, produce sales kits, pitch decks, videos, and compelling copy to translate complex business propositions into clear messages, collaborating with marketing teams to deliver polished assets on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant creative design and content production experience.
• Experience in B2B, banking, financial services or technology marketing.
• Hands-on video editing and production experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce marketing collaterals, sales kits, pitch decks, brochures, infographics and digital campaign assets.
• Develop video concepts, write scripts, storyboard, film and edit videos, including customer stories and product explainers.
• Write compelling headlines, marketing copy and video scripts for translating complex B2B propositions into clear messages.
• Propose new ideas and creative approaches that make business content engaging and impactful.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand briefs, develop creative solutions and deliver polished assets.

6 Months Contract Creative Content Designer (B2B Marketing) – possibility to extend to 1 year

Open Salary - Depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Conceptualise and produce high-quality marketing collaterals, sales kits, pitch decks, brochures, infographics and digital campaign assets.
• Video Creation: Develop video concepts, write scripts, create storyboards, film and edit videos, including customer stories, product explainers and social media content.
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling headlines, marketing copy and video scripts, translating complex B2B propositions into clear and engaging messages.
• Creative Conceptualisation: Propose new ideas and creative approaches that make business content interesting, relevant and impactful.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing and business teams to understand briefs, develop creative solutions and deliver polished assets independently.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy and storytelling.
• Hands-on video editing and production skills, including basic filming, audio editing and subtitling.
• Ability to develop professional B2B sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in at least one professional video editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience in B2B, banking, financial services or technology marketing.
• Motion graphics and animation skills using Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Canva, Figma and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and Runway.

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Preferable min 5 years of relevant creative design and content production experience.
