Responsibilities

• Frontline operations: registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, and cashiering.
• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries.
• Chaperone and assist patients during procedures.
• Support doctors with translation when needed.
• Maintain patient records and manage drug inventory.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and professionalism.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks and audits.
• Handle daily operations and compile clinic data.
• May assist with coverage at other facilities.

Hours: Office hours, 5.5 days/week
