About the Role

We are looking for a Campaign Analyst to support our marketing campaigns and data initiatives. You will analyze customer data, generate insights, and provide reporting to help improve campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and mine data for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis.
• Generate customer target lists for marketing teams and agents.
• Build and enhance Tableau dashboards for decision-making.
• Support Group Data initiatives (e.g., data migration, UAT, data quality checks).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data mining and campaign analytics.
• Detail-oriented, with ability to work independently and in a team.
