Job Description

• Process accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure payments to vendors and employees are made on time
• Validate and ensure approvals for all accounts payable invoices and staff reimbursements are in place
• Process entries with correct expense codes to provide accurate financial and management reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of records and other supporting documents submitted
• Manage and resolve any issue arises
• Provide other administrative support as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft excel
