Job Description: The Associate Finance will assist the Accountant and Senior Associate Finance with day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, including:

• Processing payments and invoices accurately and on time
• Preparing general ledger entries, balance sheets, and audit schedules
• Reconciling bank, vendor, and inter-company accounts
• Maintaining vendor records and performing sanction checks
• Filing and archiving financial documents
• Handling accounts receivable and revenue accounting
• Other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/cert in Accounting or prior accounting experience/internship experiences
• Independent, self-driven, and team-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
