Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and enter supplier invoices into SAP system across all business divisions.
• Verify and check accuracy of PDI invoices.
• Upload supplier invoices with GL coding into internal system for approval routing.
• Assist with bank receipt entries and update cashbook and related systems as backup.
• Support ad-hoc payment runs, including preparation of payment vouchers, cheques, telegraphic transfers, and GIRO payments.
