Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering and fabrication facility operations.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor process flows and manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for document preparation, information analysis or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and milestone-tracking methods for the Fab 10 Metallization conversion and M77R product introduction.
• Evaluate process readiness, manufacturing capability, qualification progress and key program dependencies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and escalation plans with stakeholders.
• Analyze engineering and manufacturing information to identify cycle-time improvements and risk reduction.
• Prepare dashboards, project reports, and management-level communication materials.
