Job Scope

• Handle data breach incidents, collect evidence, and manage investigations using all available information sources.
• Coordinate remediation efforts with local and regional teams.
• Analyze findings, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions that support business operations.
• Work with IT teams to gather additional data and evidence.
• Prepare incident documentation such as reports, notifications, and post-mortems.
• Escalate and resolve issues effectively with managers and team members.
• Ensure work meets internal and external service level agreements (OLAs/SLAs).
• Understand sensitive data, business processes, data life cycles, and privacy requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the following areas:

1. Experience in Managing and investigating security incidents, misconduct, or fraud.
2. Applying data protection policies, tools, and standards in breach response.
3. Conducting electronic investigations using forensic tools, log analysis, and secure data handling.
4. Understanding legal and regulatory requirements for electronic discovery and analysis.
