Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive Assistant for a 4 to 6 months temp role. You will support various HR functions, work with stakeholders on On/Offboarding activities, and ensure compliance with policies. Location:West/Jurong

Working with various stakeholders in supporting the On/Offboarding and Onsite related activities.

Job Scope:

* Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.

* Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.

* Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.

* Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.

* Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.

* Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Requirements:

* Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline

* Minimum 0 -2 years in HR or admin
