Job summary

A local educational organization is seeking three dedicated Freelance Job Coaches to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. The role requires commitment, including emergency on-site support when needed, alongside coaching sessions. Successful candidates will provide valuable training and support tailored to the needs of individual students while having flexible working hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a job coach is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in teaching or engaging students with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support students with special needs in securing internships.
  • Conduct pre-internship training and onsite coaching.
  • Provide emergency on-site support when needed.

Pay: $25/hour
Location: Online + Onsite at ITE Schools
Commitment: Flexible, with required minimum onsite hours and ad-hoc availability

Job Scope Includes:
  • pre-on-board employer job coach training
  • workplace support system setup
  • Conduct pre Internship/Employment training onsite job coaching visit and supportincluding ad-hoc emergency workplace support
  • Employment training for Graduates
  • Employment Support Training for Employer$400 Per successful placement
Onsite Coaching Commitment:
  • Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus
  • Previous experience coaching/ teaching or engaging students with special needs
