Job summary

CONEXUS STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled 3D Visualization Specialist to create detailed interior and architectural models from plans and sketches. You will produce photorealistic renderings using SketchUp with Enscape and ensure visuals meet design intent.

Work closely with designers, manage multiple projects, review deliverables, and stay updated on industry trends to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and expertise in Enscape for real time rendering.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
