3D Experiential Designer

This role is an experiential designer position contributing to the highest of proposal, using spatial elements to create experiential, informational and impactful content for design proposals. Be a team-player and work seamlessly with other members as well as inter-departmental colleagues in projects.

Produce good quality designs through sketches, 3D models, 3D rendering and presentation techniques to communicate design intentions and ideas that work with client’s objectives within deadlines stipulated. Be creative, understand current design trends and applications. This role works with account leads, clients and creative teams to provide a clear, concise point of view, supported by how to engage consumers to drive action / conversion.

The Work
  • Create and render spatial experiences for marketing proposals, from idea generation and spatial planning to implementation, across commercial interiors, events, visual merchandising, and exhibition spaces.
  • Design with technology and consumer activities in mind.
  • Develop creative concepts, consumer journeys, and directions aligned with client objectives.
  • Apply versatile design styles and materials to suit different creative concepts.
  • Communicate creative concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Manage time efficiently and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Produce technical drawings when required for production.
  • Present and review creative work with Creative Directors, Account Management, Strategy Leads, and Management Team members.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, coordinating in-house teams and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with Client Management, Planning, and broader creative teams to develop disruptive and iconic work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and create presentation decks.

Requirements
  • Degree in industrial design, product design / interior architecture or similar qualifications.
  • Have experience on agency-side including interior design/visual merchandising/POP.
  • Mastery in 3D conception, perspective, construction drawing, detailing, rendering & sketching.
  • Good knowledge of materials and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in design software ideally Solidworks / Vectorworks / AutoCad and 3DMax / Cinema 4D*.
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, Flash).
  • Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Good familiarity with Asia markets.
  • Able to complete challenging projects with tight timelines.
  • Self‑motivated, accountable and positive.
  • Fluent in English.
