3D Designer

• Location: Woodland [Nearest MRT Sembawang | Admiralty]
• Salary: $3,000 to $4,000 Monthly
• Working Hours: 5 / 5.5 Days | 9am – 6pm [Sat might require coming back to work]

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the creative team, sales, and project owners/managers to conceptualise and design compelling experiences.
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, translating conceptual ideas into visually stunning and functional 3D designs.
• Create detailed 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts and narratives.
• Utilise a deep understanding of design principles, spatial layouts, and user experiences to create immersive environments that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design, ensuring innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
• Participate in client presentations, articulating design concepts, and incorporating feedback to refine designs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, technical advisers, drafterperson to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in 3D design | industrial design | architecture | Interior Design | Spatial Design only
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional spatial and exhibition design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, and other relevant tools.
