The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field, possess at least 2 years of experience in design, and be proficient in 3D modeling software like 3ds Max and Adobe Illustrator. Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer to join our Events Fabrication team. You will design and visualize event booths, exhibition spaces, pop-ups, stages, and signage systems, working closely with project managers and production teams to turn concepts into real, buildable structures.

This role is ideal for designers who enjoy seeing their ideas built, installed, and experienced by the public.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit a portfolio showcasing 3D designs, event spaces, exhibition booths, or environmental graphics.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualizations

• Develop 3D concepts for exhibition booths, event spaces, pop-ups, stages, and branded environments.
• Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Create accurate 3D models using 3ds Max (or similar), including materials, lighting, and camera views.

Technical & Fabrication Drawings

• Convert approved designs into AutoCAD drawings for fabrication, carpentry, and installation.
• Work closely with production and carpentry teams to ensure designs are structurally feasible and cost-effective.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and construction methods for indoor and outdoor events.

Graphics & Print Integration

• Design signage, wayfinding, and large-format graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure accurate alignment between 3D designs and printed visuals.
• Coordinate with print and installation teams to ensure quality and accuracy.

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work with project managers, sales teams, and clients to refine and finalize designs.
• Participate in site visits, mock-ups, and installations when needed.
• Manage design revisions and deliver work on schedule across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in events, exhibitions, signage, or environmental design (preferred).

Proficient in:

• 3ds Max – 3D modeling and rendering
• Adobe Illustrator – vector and print design
• AutoCAD – technical and fabrication drawings

• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and build processes.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of print production and signage installation is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and able to work independently and in a team.
