Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a 3D Designer cum Drafter at our Ang Mo Kio location. This role blends creative 3D design, drafting, and coordination with workshops and vendors to realise interior and exhibition spaces.

You will create 3D models, layouts, and renderings, produce 2D AutoCAD drawings, specify materials and BOMs, and ensure compliance with safety and fabrication standards. Diploma in design and strong software skills required; portfolio welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant design field.
• Proficient in major 3D software and rendering tools.
• Portfolio may be considered for candidates with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D spatial models, layouts, and realistic renderings based on design briefs and mood boards.
• Apply materials, textures, branding graphics, and lighting to 3D visuals.
• Support concept development for interiors, exhibition booths, stages, and event spaces.
• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Prepare material specifications and BOMs with project teams.
• Ensure drawings meet venue, safety, and fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate with workshops, fabricators, and AV/lighting vendors on production details.
• Revise drawings and 3D visuals based on client feedback and production requirements.
• Support site measurements, inspections, and setup verification when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Spatial Design, or related field
• Relevant design or drafting experience.
• Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered with a relevant portfolio.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar 3D software.
• Familiar with V-Ray, Corona, or other rendering tools.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Vectorworks.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Good understanding of spatial planning, scale, materials, and basic construction methods.
• Able to read floor plans and technical specifications.
• Good visual, communication, and time-management skills.
