Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team, sales, and project owners/managers to conceptualise and design compelling experiences.
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, translating conceptual ideas into visually stunning and functional 3D designs.
• Create detailed 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts and narratives.
• Utilise a deep understanding of design principles, spatial layouts, and user experiences to create immersive environments that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design, ensuring innovative and cutting‑edge solutions.
• Participate in client presentations, articulating design concepts, and incorporating feedback to refine designs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including graphic designers, technical advisers, and draftsmen to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in 3D design, industrial design, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional spatial and exhibition design projects.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software, including but not limited to, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V‑Ray, and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to completion, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work on time.
• Solid understanding of design principles, spatial layouts, user flow, and human‑centered design methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Adeptness at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and adapting to changing project requirements.
